The 1st ATHENS FITNESS FESTIVAL was a complete success!

The 1st ATHENS FITNESS FESTIVAL, the largest fitness and wellness event that has been organized in Greece, took place with complete success, May 07-05, 2023.

AFF is now a fact! The ultimate celebration of health, wellness and sports brought together thousands of Fitness enthusiasts, professionals, families, celebrities and non-celebs, of all ages and fitness levels, to work out, have fun, swim and enjoy unique shows in ONE place.

The idyllic Vouliagmeni Beach for one weekend was transformed into a large seaside gym which presented 10 categories of programs in 10 different fitness stages along the beach, in which visitors had the opportunity to watch as well as participate.

120 top coaches and trainers in Dance, Indoor Cycling, Functional, Cardio-Mobility & Fight, Yoga, Pilates, Trampoline, Frogman Fit, Fit Kids were guided by 120 top names in the field, both from Greece and abroad.

Highlights:

• The great participation in the Indoor Cycling Stage - POWER CYCLING GRAND MARATHON - where 200 high-quality bicycles were set up on the special platform, literally next to the sea, and famous coaches made history by presenting unique programs.
• From 09.00 to 21.00, the main stage of AFF 2023, which hosted DANCE, was flooded with people who lived emotional moments full of energy, music and dance.
• The dynamic performances on the FUNCTIONAL stage with a climax on Sunday afternoon.
• CMF's explosive program that never stopped "pulsating" with the beat.
• The fantastic atmosphere in the Pilates and Yoga stages.
• The trampoline jumps that attracted young and old alike.
• The impressive spectacle offered by the Calisthenics programs with their acrobatics and the pleasant "bustle" of Frogman Fit along the beach.

ATHENS FITNESS FESTIVAL gave the opportunity to all participants to get to know types of training, try them out and connect with trainers and other fitness enthusiasts, build new friendships and share their achievements.

It created an inclusive environment where participants both seasoned fitness enthusiasts and beginners felt welcome and encouraged to take part and have fun.
