Description of the Giveaway:

The "AFF2024 x GARMIN" giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") organized by the ATHENS INTERNATIONAL FITNESS FESTIVAL IKE with company headquarters in Koropi Attica at the 1st km of Peanias - Markopoulos Ave, and with VAT number 802014364, and offers to the participants of the AFF the chance to win one (1) out of five (5) Garmin Smartwatches available from DIGITAL TRACER ELECTRONICS SA:

Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway will take place from April 23, 2024, until May 26, 2024. Entries after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.

How to Participate:

• To participate in the Giveaway, you must purchase a ticket for the ATHENS FITNESS FESTIVAL 2024
• Each ticket purchase is equivalent to one (1) entry.

Winner Selection:

Winners will randomly be selected from all valid entries.

The winners will be notified by the email they have registered for their ticket purchase, on Sunday 26 May 2024.

Prize:

The Watches are specific, and they cannot be exchanged for another or redeemed for cash at any price.

Receipt of Gifts:

The prizes can be delivered to the address stated by the winner.

• To participate in the competition, it is not necessary to purchase a product.
• Participants are responsible for the complete and correct completion and submission of their information.
• The results of the draw cannot be disputed or challenged by any legal means.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition or these terms without prior notice.
• Participation in the Competition means acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
• Participation in the competition requires unconditional acceptance of the above terms and the participant's waiver of any claim against the above company.
