My name is Sotiris Gatsis and I am a professional bodybuilding athlete (IFBB PRO) with pan-Hellenic and international awards and participation in the Mr. Olympia, the greatest bodybuilding contest in the world. Alongside my sports career, I have combined experience with knowledge through my studies at the Gymnastics Academy of Athens as well as with international certifications in Personal Training, Exercise to Music and E.B.C training system (Enhanced Body Consciousness) from the educational institution Studio One. With thirteen (13) years of personal involvement with the subject and nine (9) years in the work sector as a coach, I have acquired the necessary experience to correctly and safely guide any trainee.
