My name is Ariadni Economidis and I have been in the field of exercise since I can remember. My earliest memories are as an athlete in various sports. From there I was fatefully led to study at the Department of Physical Education and Sports (TEFAA), where I completed my studies in 2006.
In 2010 I started entering the world of children's Yoga. I believe that every children's yoga class is a wonderful combination of exercise and mental balance for children. I attended several educational seminars gathering as much knowledge as I could about this great and wonderful chapter called "Child." My vision to inspire and help children discover joy, inner strength and self-worth. My goal is for as many children as possible to experience Yoga. That's why my classes take place in yoga studios, schools, children's parties, camps and wherever else there are children.
Personal development is my driving force and so studies for me never stop. I trained in prenatal and postnatal Yoga, Yoga for over 60s, baby swimming and of course I continue my apprenticeship on the Yoga path.
I am responsible for children's yoga teacher trainings at GRAFTS.
