My name is Dimitris Ressos and I am a graduate of the physical education and sports department of the Kapodistrian University of Athens. Gymnastics is an integral part of my life, as from a young age I have been involved in various sports, mainly instrumental and swimming.
At the same time as my studies, I started working at gymaddict, where being one of the first trainers, I helped shape the programs, designed and implemented group programs, guided the trainees, creating personalized fitness programs based on their needs and goals. In the 3 years of my cooperation with gymaddict I started to focus on personal training to be able to optimize the development of my trainees. I realized that in order to be able to offer the maximum I need to have a more holistic approach and my knowledge is constantly being enriched.
For this reason, I attended a two-year study program in nutrition and dietetics at IEK AKMI. At the same time, I started working at Holmes Place where I have been for 5 years. Using my knowledge and experience, I guide trainees through personal training and designing programs, emphasizing the correct execution of exercises, optimal planning according to the needs and limitations of each person, adjusting their diet and offering a comprehensive approach around from exercise and diet. Also, in recent years I have been active as a freelancer, in personal training and online coaching, with a successful course in my client’s goals.
The science of physical education is constantly evolving. I consider life-long learning through trainings and seminars an integral part of it in order to offer high-quality services. The seminars and trainings I have attended are as follows:

For a year I was also active in the field of television, offering my knowledge about the field of fitness through the Fit me up program on Mad Tv.
My goal is to develop the knowledge and mobilization of people about their physical condition and to promote this industry through the right information and practical application.
