The Tae Kwon Do "Hrand master" of Greece with over 40 years of experience, has apprenticed under the Korean Grand Master Ahn Hyun Ki TKD 9 DAN and soon becomes his assistant.
In 1990, he assumed the official title “Coach of the Poomsae Tae Kwon Do National Team” until 2005. From 1995 until 2004, he cooperated with the Navy and he was the official traimer of the submarine special forces of Greek Army (M.Y.K.)
He has won the Panhellenic title many times and represented our country, as a member of the National TAE KWON DO Team, in international Championships.
During his career, he has trained over 10,000 black belts, as well as Olympians and many Panhellenic champions at the Jaguar Tae Kwon Do professional academy, which he founded and has been operating since 1986.
It is rightfully one of the largest chapters of martial arts in Greece and the European area.
For more than fifteen years he has been the President and General Secretary of the Gyms, having contributed his utmost to the upgrading, institutionalization and development of Greek exercise facilities, being a key interlocutor with the highest levels of government and leading European - global health and sports bodies.
In 2021 he founded in collaboration with New York College the leading college of sports sciences with a vision of the best possible education - training of young Greeks - in the sciences related to health and fitness.
